Strategy and writing of reimbursement dossiers (Several Pharma and Biotech clients)

Client requested support in both strategy as well as composing dossiers to obtain reimbursement for their therapeutic products. Valence analyzed the available data and substantiation for a dossier, identified potential reimbursement routes with opportunities and consequences, composed dossiers, supported communication during the reimbursement evaluations and negotiations, managed alignment meetings, and ensured access for valuable products.
Expert for evaluation (Dutch government)
Q1 2025-ongoing
Client requested Valence as independent expert for evaluation of conditional authorization processes. Am supporting a consulting agency with critical input in stakeholder interviews and am providing expertise on Dutch reimbursement processes.
Strategic support for study design (TOP10 Pharma)

The client requested support for future reimbursement trajectories in Europe. Valence informed on improvements and potential challenges regarding future Joint Clinical Assessment submissions and provided strategic advice on how best to adhere to European requirements. Study designs were adapted accordingly.
Waiting times for medical appointments (Patient federation)

Client requested support in the development of insights in patient waiting times. The assignment consisted out of improving current display and setting up research for further improvements. Execution involved aligning with multiple stakeholders (including government), focus groups, and guiding research and online communication.
Organizing event for medical practices (Patient federation)

Client requested support in organizing an event for medical practices that were highly appreciated by patients. The event was initially a symposium which changed to a national tour to reach more health care staff. Communication and marketing activities were performed in collaboration.
